Our 5-day women’s programs are designed to develop self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as you explore yourself and the glacier environment. Each day provides a mix of reflective coaching activities, mindfulness practices, and outdoor fun like hiking (or swimming in a glacial lake). The physical highlight of the experience is our “peak day,” where we set out early for a nearby summit under the leadership of our mountain guide. The stunning vistas of endless mountains offer new perspectives to take home and apply to your life or work, amplifying both your joy and your impact.
Our summer and early autumn programs take place in the Valais, in Lötschental, where we explore the glaciers in the UNESCO World Heritage Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch region. We are residing in the luxurious Anenhütte overseeing the Lötschental valley.

4 nights in a luxury mountain hut, 4 three-course dinners, 4 breakfasts, 2 lunches at the hut, and 2 picnic lunches, hot showers daily. Plus lots of goodies in our Alpine Azure swag bag.
Our retreats take place at Anenhütte, located in the Valais region of Switzerland near the village of Fafleralp. It is a traditional mountain hut with dorm-style shared rooms, family-style meals, and a selection of drinks and fresh deserts daily.
What makes Anenhütte special is that it is one of the more luxurious huts in the Swiss Alps. Your stay includes fresh towels, sheets/duvet, and one shower per day as well as meals cooked fresh daily for the hut residents. Keep in mind all food is brought up to the hut by helicopter. Special requests are possible (such as vegetarian, gluten-free, etc), please just let us know in advance
